In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

- To hire a vehicle from Gatwick Airport, drivers must be at least 21 years old, with age limits varying based on vehicle type. Those under 25 may incur additional fees. A valid full driving licence, appropriate for the selected vehicle, must be presented, alongside identification and proof of address. Payment details and a security deposit are required, as well as any other stipulations outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Booking and Payment Details
- Reservations can be placed via our website, by phone, or directly at our Gatwick Airport location. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. The total payment, along with a security deposit, is generally required at the time of vehicle pickup. All charges are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through established payment systems.
4. Collecting and Returning Vehicles

A vehicle condition report will be created and signed at this time. Please return the vehicle in the same condition it was collected, accounting for normal wear and tear. - Prohibited activities include any use of the vehicle for illegal purposes, such as racing, rallying, or off-roading. Transporting hazardous materials or sub-letting the vehicle to unauthorized third parties is not permitted. Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding passenger or weight limits, or operating outside designated geographical boundaries without permission is also forbidden.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Limitation of Liability at Gatwick
To the fullest extent allowed under English and Welsh law, Car Hire at Gatwick Airport is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, that may result from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid for the rental in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.

These Terms are regulated by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
